So for a few years my step mom and dad had custody over her and we just got her back (were still in court abt it). She's been really scared to go back there bc of the way she's been treated, an example is: she was cutting herself and instead of talking to her about it, they chose to instead take away her TV, phone, makeup, and everything she liked to do. How can I make her feel better?

Edit: I think they also got a confidentiality agreement agents mom

So I was holding my duckling from standing height on my shoulder (4 feet) and she fell down. Then after I picked her up, she was drooling and spat everywhere like a sprinkler. And after that she had bubbles on her nostrils. Im so worried.

I think she's looking better now

She always climbs up on my shoulders when I pick her up and when doing so she falls alot, it could be because she's a duckling but idk???
