[F4A] Hating you was easy… - A Rivals to Lovers slowburn
Hey everyone kind enough to spare some time out of their day to read this (:
I’m looking for someone to co create a classic rivals to lovers slowburn love story with!
About me: I’m a 21+ year old writer from the CET timezone! (Though timezone personally doesn’t matter to me)
I have a good chunk of experience under my belt and am looking for someone who is also not entirely new to the game!
I write preferably in third person past tense (but am willing to switch it up to match) and write multi paragraph replies!
I can write anywhere between 300 and about 1000 words, obviously highly depending on the scene and level of detail!
For our story I definitely want to work out something together and create something original with both of our ideas implemented!
I have a few rough ideas that we can lean on and go from there though.
> Workplace Rivalry: I’m thinking something like two medical residents who are trying to get into the same specialty, always fighting each other to scrub in the good surgeries. It’s a cut-throat kind of rivalry where they sabotage one another to look better in front of their attending. Alternatively this could be two colleagues at an office or attorneys at a law firm up for the same promotion!
> Athletic Rivalry: Two star athletes in opposing teams fighting for a title. This works best for a FxF story, but with enough imagination or the right type of sport FxM might work too!
I imagine this to be a story where both of the characters are definitely also frequently in the media.
I’m personally obviously not knowledgeable in every type of sport but this is something we can discuss together, I’m willing to read up on mostly everything. Personally I’d be most interested in writing something like that with Formula One or any type of E-Sports. But like i said anything is on the table!
> Academic Rivalry: Two university students who are enrolled in the same classes and need to outperform each other to get a certain scholarship or maybe just be ahead of the other in terms of grades.

Some themes I find myself enjoy frequently that can be incorporated as well are for example yearning, angst, tension, miscommunication, jealousy and many more!
