Hi ladies! This is a long shot but I dropped off my RTR package last Monday at the UPS in Navy Yard and now I’ve gotten hit with $160 in late fees from RTR because they haven’t received the package yet.
I
went to check my RTR account and it doesn’t even show a record of UPS scanning the return label. I made a rookie mistake and didn’t get a receipt from the UPS store (lesson learned !!!). Does anyone know how I can resolve this? Do I ask UPS for camera footage lol?
