Is there a legal process I need to take if I want to change the shower head in my condo unit myself?

I want to change the shower head in the condo unit I'm renting because it's shit. I bought one and I do have the tools to do it myself. I talked with the property management about this and they said it's better to go with their plumber so everything is done correctly and I'm not liable for anything.

It would cost $100+ to have the plumber do it. I can do it myself, but at the same time I don't want to put myself at any legal risk of doing it.

Should I do it myself or just pay the property management plumber to do it? If I do it myself, is there any legal process I need to do before I start changing the shower head.

Where should I buy a couch/sofa at a great price to be delivered in downtown Toronto?

I want to buy a couch/sofa for my condo unit. I need it to be delivered and brought inside my unit. Does anyone have any suggestions on where I can buy a couch/sofa to be delivered in downtown Toronto? I'm looking for one that's good quality at a very good price. I'm wondering if there is any local store I should consider or just buy from the classic big box stores.

What is the best free budget tracking app to track spending on all your bank accounts?

I remember Mint used to do all of this perfectly for free. I know it's been gone for a long time, but I didn't look for an alternative back then when it disappeared because I wasn't really using it then. Now that I'm living on my own, I do need a budget tracking app.

Does anyone know an app where I can connect my bank accounts and it will automatically show how much money I've put in and how much I've spent in specific time periods for free? The alternatives I saw to Mint were all paid subscriptions. Some people suggested Excel, but I'm not interested in doing a bunch of manual work. I want this automated which is why we all loved Mint in the first place.
