First time moving after burglary/battery charge
So I got a burglary battery and resisting arrest with violence back in 2022, I had a withold of adjudication so I wasnt convicted.
I have been living in my apartment since 2021 and will be relocating soon. I have never tried renting before with a criminal record and im wondering how hard it's going to be.
Over the past 3 years I have had quiet a few arrests, misuse of 911, disorderly intoxication (charge dropped) harassing phone calls, and written threat to kill (no charges filed)
To me it looks pretty bad so im kind of worried about it.
The only thing I got going for me right now is I get $4000 a month from va benefits and iv never been late on a payment the 5 years iv been at this apartment.
