Would Metro adding EV/Tesla Charging in Station Parking Lots be Viable?

Just got back from a long trip and had to use a bunch of Superchargers since that is the primary company on the way down from the Bay Area and learned that businesses and land owners can apply to lease their land to Tesla and other companies to host EV chargers and the additional possibility of owning the chargers to keep all the profits instead of a fixed lease.

I was thinking about how Metro has many park-and-rides with some awaiting redevelopment, but others are just huge and empty. Is it possible in the future for Metro to partner with these companies to build EV charging stations? I'm not really expecting the drivers of those cars to be riding the system a lot but I was thinking that all that wasted land use could be making Metro a little bit of extra money (especially that HUGE one at Norwalk that is often empty).

Idk this post was kind of a shot in the dark to see what others thought, and I know Elon is cray cray and all that but Metro could partner with other EV companies, Tesla just came to mind since they have a pretty big network and are always looking to expand.
