2 weeks no NBN

Hi all,

I am looking for what else I can do in regard to not having our NBN connected for over two weeks. We have rung our provider multiple times and lodged a complaint, our provider keeps telling us it’s NBN’s problem NBN keeps telling us to talk to our provider. We had a tech scheduled to come out and they were a no show. We were told the NBN tech would call following the missed appointment and we never received a call, or a new date. I am incredibly frustrated as I work from home and either have to hotspot or find somewhere with public wifi both of which are terribly inconvenient. Does anyone have any advice on what else we can do?
