Whats the best way to buy a property?
So im an agent, mostly specialized in off-plan properties all my time in dubai real estate, from the last 6 months started focusing mainly on secondary properties, as i knew off-plan properties were being way over valued and the off plan market will slow down even before the war.
question i have started thinking about a lot since I changed to the secondary market, that whats the best way to buying a property for investment, is it to deal with an expert property consultant in off-plan who knows about that specific area, developer, etc.
or before buying an off-plan property consult a secondary agent who knows how the market is going currently in that specific area?
i know transactions are very transparent in dubai, and everything is online, or you can see what the government is doing or going to do in a specific areas, but i feel secondary agents know a lot about how buyers are actually reacting in the market. I also believe both of their perspective is important, but its very clear that off-plan agents understand the product and secondary agents understand the market
any thoughts on this? I have been thinking a lot about this
