A 75 m² house... In the south of France in the middle of moutains and sea... (altitude between 150 and 400 meters).
Humidity levels around 90% in winter. Right now, 80% (on April 5, with nice temperatures outside). The house was built in the early 1990s. It's made of stone... So it stays cool even in the summer... Upstairs, except for the bedroom, it gets hot in the summer...
The kitchen serves as the entryway to the house... it’s about 18 m² or so...
I’m a tenant, but I know the owner well and he’s okay with this.
Is this my responsibility? No mechanical ventilation... as far as I know...

Je suis locataire, mais je connais bien le propriétaire et il est d'accord pour cela.
Ça m'incombe ? Pas de VMC ... à priori...
Sinon dans quel sub demander ? à défaut car si on ne peux plus être aidé... c'est vachement dommage ...
