Sitting at the AA lounge in Philly and finally something to eat with other than the cocktail fork!

Could someone please tell me what the part/bracket between the carb and the manifold is called on a 300 inline?

The previous owner on mine added a nonfeedback carb so this part isn't on my truck but I do have the part.

I met up with another bullnose owner to purchase some stuff and he had a similar setup but still had this part attached with a bracket screwed on to the end.

Anyone know where I could find the metal insert for the light switch knob and wiper knob?
