Pools, drinks, yummy dinner vibes

I’m dying to try Cabo but I’m a bit overwhelmed with the hotel options.

I’m looking to go for a weekend in later June, staying 2 nights
Musts:
$500 or less per night (including dinner)
Feel safe and quiet
Heated pool with (delicious) cocktail service
Pool seats available mid morning (in case I don’t wake up for the towel game)
Great ocean views (don’t need to swim)
On-site breakfast/light lunch and VERY tasty dinner option (I don’t want to think or leave the resort for this particular trip)

I am open to AI, but I don’t really consume enoughf for AI?

I prefer adults only, but any quiet resort will do!

I’m planning a girls trip next May and did a lot of research based on reccs here.

One of the tips was to book the room as soon as it was available to get the best deal, about 11-12 months in advance. Based on trends, I expected rates to be at about $800 or less (Atelier) because that’s what I saw this year. But right now the rates are already available and more like 1k (Hotels.com) or $1200 per night 😬 Direct from the resort is even worse.

Even my backup (Live Aqua) comes in at $1500 per night for early May 2027 dates!

Am I deal-hunting wrong?
