After graduating with a bachelor's 4 years ago, I worked in IT and then later as an admin assistant. I didn't work any retail positions, and the last non-office customer service job I had was about 8-10 years ago (I used to work as a server in a few different restaurants long ago). I'm honestly open to any positions at this point and am unsure how the hiring/candidate reviewing process looks like. Any advice/tips would be greatly appreciated.
