Applied to unifi ramp a week ago and just got this mail. It feels like they're saying "hey we got your follow up and we'll let you know what we think" at the same time it feels like they're saying "thank you but no thanks" especially with the ("when"), so like just in case it is a rejection letter, you guys know any companies at PhL that are hiring ramp?
Last Thursday I applied for a part time ramp agent at Philadelphia international airport for unifi, ever since then I've received an text message with an email attached to it for inquiries, I then emailed said email for a followup and got emailed back immediately saying the standard we will get back to you.
Its been a full week later I've called the corporate number every day and it aways says no agent is currently available (336) 294-4410 and I haven't heard a peep from them.
I'm on the journey towards my amp license and I think ramp will be the perfect job to break into the aviation industry before then as well as familiarize myself with being around commercial aircrafts so I Really want this job.
I've called PHL support and they said they didn't know unifis number(strange??) And I've driven over there and asked a couple employees at each terminal and they said to find a unifi employee but I cannot for the life of me spot any there, all I see is the same blue vest employee at every terminal.
I'm kinda at my wits end here on what I should do, I'll keep waiting but I feel like they already ghosted me, what do I do?
