i once forcefully closed roblox and all related vr processes to play a game in desktop mode, and now when i open steamVR and then open the roblox client it only shows roblox as a flatscreen game in desktop mode and does not enter vr mode despite it being turned on in settings and steamVR being set as the default openxr api, however only roblox studio seems to be able to be recognised by steamVR and the roblox game client runs as expected when you set the default openxr api to the meta horizon link app instead of steamVR and i feel like it may be some corrupt config/registry with both roblox and steamVR as when i launch the roblox client after launching steamVR as the default openxr api it shows minimal signs of activity when i turn on "Display Performance Graph".

I have currently tried the following below with steamVR and roblox:

reinstalled roblox and removed all registries. reinstalled and reseted steamVR configs. re-enabled the oculus api/oculusdash via ovr advanced settings. set steamVR as the default openxr api. disabled all openxr compatability layers.

and here is my current setup:

HMD: oculus rift cv1. RAM: 48 gigs of ram. CPU: AMD Ryzen 5 3600 6-Core processor GPU: Nvidia GeForce RTX 3060 with 2 monitors + hmd connected ovr advanced settings which i use to disable the meta horizon app and use steam vr in place of it.
