I've ordered these from Amazon several times. Overall, love them. But WTF is up with all the teeny tiny crumbs?

I was making jerky the other day and like 1/2 the bag was soy curl crumbs. Like fall through the dehydrator grate, bullshit, 1/32" crumbs. Hadn't paid much attention before since I was making stir fries and shit.

I could seriously use those little fuckers on about anything. They're little flavorful, gluten-free, bread crumb substitutes at this point.

Just placed an order through the company website. Will it be better? Is it old bad shit sent through Amazon? Or is this the nature of the product?
