
Small Win Yesterday with a sub60
I am recently following a sub 26 5k plan on my Garmin and yesterday was an easy longish runday. Nothing special.
I was planning to do 15k and was looking to go to 711 to replenish my water. I looked at my watch and was surprised to see that 40 minutes in, 7k na natakbo ko.
For the past few weeks, my Garmin plan had me running 3 kilometer sets at under 20minutes and I think I've been pretty consistent so far. At that time I decided to push and see if I can hit 10k under 60 minutes.
Good PR that day! Finished at 12k on the way back home and hit 57 minutes for the 10k.
