My mother was pushed into signing away the rights for my 3 siblings roughly 4-5 years ago now or so and was convinced it was for the betterment of the kids. The rights were signed over to my aunt who has legally adopted them. Can my mother regain full time custody and rights of them if my aunt allows and is okay with it and she has proven she is in a better place?
