Having my yard professionally landscaped and want landscaper to plant San Pedro

Hi friends!

I'm in central California near the coast in a sunny area that pretty much never gets frost, even in the middle of winter.

I'm having my yard professionally landscaped and have already indicated to the landscaper and my wife that I would like a cactus or two planted. I really would like to have San Pedro or something similar. It doesn't need to be San Pedro, but I'd like for it to be 'active'.

My question is this. What name should I use for the cactus that I want planted that the landscaper will understand and also be able to locate at the nursery or wherever?

Echinopsis pachanoi?

Trichocereus pachanoi?

Thanks everyone!
