Looking at getting an eSIM for an international trip. But do you do anything to the local US one to avoid international charges?

Also, assume wifi calling should still work while on wifi, right?

I understand that the 4K add on gives you unlimited streams in the house.

But do you still get 3 extra streams while away? That is multiple TVs watching in the house, but 3 family members watching away?
