Hey, I'm 26M looking for a roommate to renew my current lease with. It's a privately-owned condo unit in the Loop, very close the Washington/Wells CTA stop. 2 bed / 2 bath, 14th floor, south-facing, great natural light, and ~1,100 sq ft. Competitively priced at $1,300 per person ($2,600 total). Utilities are <$50 per month. Parking available for additional $250 per month. Finishings (cabinents, counters, & flooring) are a bit on the older side (think late 2000s), appliances are a little newer (2010s), but the price reflects that and everything is in solid condition.
Other features: In-unit W/D, 24/7 front desk, central air, shared balcony, on-site (modest) gym, easy access to any CTA line & Metra, walking distance to River North, West Loop, & Financial District. Excellent location if you work anywhere downtown and want a short commute.
Prefer male roommate around my age with stable income, no pets. 12-13 month lease, depending on start date. Preferred move-in date is July 1st, possibly as early as June 1st.
