Anyone know of outdoor gyms in the area ???? I would die for one

Hiiii - I ordered some jeans about 2 weeks ago. Took a lot out of me to bite the bullet and invest in jeans that have a good review.

About a day after I ordered I received a notification saying my order was on the way! Yet two weeks later it still says it has not been picked up by the currier.

I contacted support yesterday and they assured me they work “closely” with their curriers and that my package is with the curriers and would arrive on May 5th (yesterday).

Didn’t get the package so I contacted again this morning and they then said they cannot locate my package, noting it is not with the curriers.

They are offering to reship my order but I just have a poor taste in my mouth. This is the first purchase I’ve made at Abercrombie in over 10 years - I figured as such a large, well known, and highly priced company that these issues would be managed a bit better.

I guess I am mostly disappointed that I was assured my package was with the curriers, just to be told the opposite the next day.

We had a flood in early February, my landlord didn’t arrange for repairs until May 1st, gave us a one day notice.

Floors are ripped up, walls to with insulation exposed and mold had to be removed - yet the guy quoting the repair showed up 3 days after…

At this rate I’m expecting to have to live through these repairs for a month. My bathroom floor is concrete. 60% of my apartment is concrete.

I kindly asked to negotiate a rent abatement and they declined. Staying the repairs are required and they have been doing everything possible to do this in a reasonable time frame (even tho the flood was months ago?? ).

Would this be something the LTB will fairly side with ? Or am I wasting my time here.
