Fuel Surcharge already at Level 19 from Level 8 (for April 1 - 15)
I just noticed that fuel surcharge for flights already exceeded Level 8 (for April 1 - 15) which they announced late March. For example, Cebu Pacific flight from Manila to Bacolod fuel surcharge is now at 1248. Looking at this Policy Resolution No. 25 (BM 04-05-23-2022) from CAB, it seems like the Fuel Surcharge is now at Level 19 (max is at Level 20).
I tried checking news articles and there aren't any. This is a very steep increase from Level 4, then Level 8, and now at Level 19. In the case of Manila - Bacolod route (and other routes within the 400KM - 600KM group), this fuel surcharge is an increase from Php 232 to Php 1248.
