i am genuinely done with this app bro. with the fees and th lack of customer service it’s unusable atp. almost 2 weeks ago i sent out an email and a form in the help center explaining that the phone number i have linked to my account no longer belongs to me so i cannot log in, no response, sent another 2 days later, was asked to send a photo of my id by 3 different people and once i sent it EVERY SINGLE ONE ignored me?? how have i not gotten a response in 2 weeks? i was able to get in because i went and messaged the owner of my old phone number myself and they were kind enough to help me. does anyone else have the issues with depop cause honestly im thinking of moving to vinted atp💔💔
