Do neighbours need permission to change our shared roof?
Our neighbours are planning an extension that requires changing our shared hip roof to a gable on their side, and then they'd need to flash the roof on our side as part of that work.
Outside of needing planning permission, do they also need permission from us because it sounds like our roof counts as a party structure?
