Issue getting in contact with China Mobile English support
I signed up for China Mobile in Shanghai and have since moved to Hong Kong. When I previously called 10086 in Shanghai, the menu provided me with an English option. Now, when I call from Hong Kong, I only get a menu in Chinese. I managed to get through to a customer service representative, but they are unable to transfer me to the English-speaking support.
I've tried calling many times and none of the support staff can transfer me to English support.
I am trying to change my plan and this needs to be done through support. I had my Chinese-speaking friend help me, but this process requires a call back, and they either do not call back or call back, and I cannot understand them.
Does anyone have a solution for this?
