Hungover Citrus

I have a young Cara Cara orange who is a bit top heavy. I think with the recent rains, it drank a little too much and now it's leaning pretty heavily.

I've been trying to keep it from being dependent on support from a bamboo stake, to give it the ability to grow a strong trunk by moving in the wind. I think I may have given it independence a little too soon. Should I throw a stake in the bag and tie it up for a little longer to give it some more time to develop, or will it stand up on its own in the future, and just let it ride?
