Feedback for first timer first steps

Hey everyone! First timer who took time researching/following this thread to try and make sure it’s a good first experience.

Here’s a little step by step if you’d be so kind to read and give feedback-You are appreciated!

Multiple glove changes with using the 70% spray to sterilize the gloves

Sterilized inside of still air box

Moved AIO bags inside. Sterilized EVERYTHING.

Changed gloves entered making sure wrist were not inside

Sterilized injection port and syringes

Removed cap but didn’t do anything to the needle.

First bag Used prob 3/4 a syringe… excitement/nerves/and first time gauging the pressure whoopsssss 🤣

Second time was better and injected half

Isolated APE & Hillbilly

Recapped with needles on but then ended up putting the screw caps on after sterilizing the caps and letting dry as I had pulled them out of the box

Syringes unused and used in bubble wrap package in Two freezer safe ziplock bags. Outside bag has silica packet in sterilized mini fridge consistent temp 38.5 degrees

Moved sealed off still air box with both bags inside the still air box inside a closed dark closet temp 75 humidity 53-54% (FL) with govee monitor. Room fan is off and ac vent is closed. Will leave it all alone for at least ten days.

How did I do?

Notes for next time for myself….

Recap syringes immediately inside and probably just use one syringe for two bags instead of now having two partially used and mainly empty syringes.

Also nervous that because i sprayed alcohol on the caps even though I’m pretty positive they were dry of the alcohol… I feel like if any of that got screwed in it that would kill what’s inside?

Anything I should adjust now? Or for the future?

Appreciate you all and this community very much!!!

Hi everyone, looking for some advice or visibility from Reolink staff here.
I’ve been a loyal customer (spent nearly $600 on 4x Argus 3 Ultras and a Doorbell), but my experience with the RMA process has been incredibly frustrating.

The Issue:
All 4 Argus 3 Ultras have persistent connection failures (even with strong signal on a TP-Link AX55).

I reached out on March 30th. It’s now May 1st and I still don't have working security.

The Conflict: Reolink acknowledged the defect but says the Argus 3 Ultra is out of stock. They are now demanding I pay a $30 per unit "price difference" to get the Argus PT Ultra as a replacement.

My Stance: I shouldn't have to pay $120 extra to fix a manufacturer defect just because the original model is out of stock. This is a safety issue for my home that has dragged on for over a month.
Has anyone else dealt with this? Any help from the Reolink team would be appreciated. U/Reolink-Will
