I resigned last year in September from an employer in JAFZA and today all of a sudden HR reaches out to me asking for my new visa (once I left I opened my own UAQ Freezone 1 man company with my own visa on it) claiming they need to update their company profile as they seek exit visa to be uploaded in JAFZA portal.
Is this normal? I did not leave on good terms with them and worried if they are up to something. Please help.

We live in a 14 marla house in Johar Town G block, we want to wapda proof our electricity throughout the year.
We would use home appliances like fridge, TV, microwave, washing machine, water heater in winters, and in summers, 3 ACs additional.

We both are on 3rd party, I assume I call faulty party's insurance, which is alliance insurance company, I took number off google and it seems unreachable. Even their Instagram account is not responding.
How do I talk to them? Additionally it's bad the bumper is stuck with rear Tyre so I assume if we drove it will damage it further and might just fall apart entirely, so will the insurance assuming I can connect with them give us recovery?

Growing up home was toxic due to my mother. After dad passing away, life got extremely hard, it was me, my mother, 2 younger siblings. 1 brother, 1 sister.
Mom was toxic after dad passing away as well and sheltered siblings and made me run household. As of today they are lazy and do not earn.
2021 it got all changed for me, got a decent paying job, amazing work.. Even managed to go ahead with an arranged marriage same year end of 2021.
Which also came with harshest of pain and got divorced in 2022 June somewhere. Again, not cause I was messed up, external hidden events that were not expected led to divorce (she and her family was a cheat and scammers and my mother and sister's toxicity made it no less than a hell for me, I was alone going through this).
This period until 2024 led to isolation for me living away from everyone, even though career was stable. I got diagnosed with type 2 diabetes and hypertension in 2024 mid.
By 2025 September I quit cause boss got abusive. I spent from April 2021 when I got this job till 2025 September, gave all of dedication and honestly to this job. It went sour at the end.
I have unstable hourly based remote job now, it pays quarter of what I earned previously.
I have 0 hope or heart left to pursue anything in life anymore, nor marriage, nor worldly success, nor money. I sleep every night wishing I do not wa kup tomorrow.

I was married (arranged set up by mom) in December 2021. Separated 4 months later and marriage dissolved 10 months later. To save time readers time, the girl and her family were cheats.
