Was on minoxidil and finasteride for 3 years and had to give up cos of these sides appearing one fine day and then gradually getting worse

1. Tachycardia
2. Palpitations
3. Heart thuds
4. Severe short term memory loss
5. loss for words
6. Losing context in between sentences
7. Burning feet
8. Purposelesness in life
9. Hypnic jerks from sleep

I stopped hairloss meds 3 years ago but symptoms keep persisting. Recent blood work showed I have Homocysteine at 20 and rest of the hormone profile looks ok.

I have started on daily 1500 mcg methycobalimin shots IM/SC + P5P + TMG + B complex + D3 + Magnesium tabs. Will i be all right in next 6 months?
