Any cafe, preferably near midtown, that makes marocchino caldo

had this in Vegas and it was so good and I just stopped in about 10 cafes and nobody had it in New York. I tried to see if they can make it since it's just a tiny mocha sort of but was turned down every time.

in Vegas Illy made it. I haven't gone to the Illy here but looking online they have a different variation without the chocolate.

What do I need to fill this hole in my steps?

I found this after all the snow cleared. It's pretty deep, I've lined the inside with as many small rocks as I could.

I got quick setting cement but I'm not sure if that's the right thing to use. do I mix it extra watery so it can sink in between the rocks? also it's raining for the next few days but I want to get this fixed as soon as possible, could I just cover it with a little tarp or something?
