I’m currently a Class 12 PCM student (Physics, Chemistry, Mathematics) and I’m exploring different career options in science-related fields.
I’m interested in Biotechnology, but I did not take Biology in Class 12. I wanted to ask:
• Is it possible for a PCM student to take Biotechnology in college?
• If yes, will I struggle in the course without a Biology background?
• Will this affect my higher studies or job opportunities later?
• Is Biotechnology a safe option for someone from PCM, or should I consider other fields like Bioinformatics instead?
