Has anyone ever tested their CPK (creatine phosphokinase) levels?

About a year and a half ago, I(23f) saw a natural path who ordered a ton of bloodwork which included testing my CPK levels, something I’ve never done before. They came back abnormally high (~2,600) and I was advised to stop off physical activity and go get a bunch of other tests done with a cardiologist including a heart MRI. Thankfully, my heart is doing great, so it can’t be related to that. Even when I stopped doing physical activity, my levels were still high.

I’ve been back-and-forth between some different specialist and waiting still to get into a specialized clinic for neuromuscular issues in order to get a better answer on what the hell is going on.

I’m wondering if there is also some kind of correlation with Hashimotos and if anyone else has had high CPK levels?

Does anyone else have this feeling? I feel icky saying I’m jealous of Drew and enyas friendship and then having a solid friend group throughout the years but I really wish I had very close long term friendships in my life or a friend group. I moved continents after graduating university in 2023 and then most of the friends I made in my grad program abroad left to go back to the U.S. and I feel too old to make meaningful friendships. As in I feel like everyone already has friend groups or best friends already and I wish I could experience that kind of long term ride or die friendship

Hi. I am wondering what are some good professional ways to end a cold email or a semi cold email (contact given by a family friend).

I was thinking of saying this: "I would love the opportunity to speak further about joining your team."

Is it okay to say I would love? Or does it not sound professional enough?
