Why do 2AM thoughts feel smarter than daytime thoughts?

Like during the day my brain can’t even solve basic problems, but at 2AM suddenly I’m understanding life, relationships, the universe, my future, and every mistake I’ve ever made 💀

It’s either deep philosophy or the most delusional ideas imaginable.
