Hi all! I'm wondering if any of you got "facial balancing" done? I am seeing it everywhere and the after results look so good! I will say I'm very hesitant/careful with filler due to migration. I only have has .5 syringe in my lips 3+ years ago. I do have an eyebrow that raises higher than the other when I make certain faces(like this one).

I have some scarring from hormonal acne from 4-5years ago and I can still see the pigmentation/indents from them with makeup on (picture 1 I am wearing makeup and picture 2 I am not).

I use Tretinoin .025% every night for the past 7 years and I am on Spironolactone. I use spf every day.

I have had the following treatments:

• IPL Laser (3 times)

• SkinPen Microneedling (3 times)

• Erbium Laser once

I am trying everything but I also have really fair skin so all marks show up on me. Any other treatments that someone has had luck with?

Hello! I use to have bad hormonal acne 5+ years ago. I have had SkinPen microneedling, Erbium Laser, and IPL. I have these spotted pigments on my face from old acne and they aren't deep but more so pigmented as my skin is very fair. My acne has been relatively under control for the past few years and I'm looking to tackle the scarring as I would like a more even skin tone. Any recs for treatments?

Hi all, I'm 28yrs old F with no plans of ever getting pregnant. I recently lost 20lbs in 6 months from increased exercise and cleaner eating. I am 5'6 and 140lbs currently. I am wanting to get rid of my belly fat and have been looking into the following treatments:

• Airsculpt

• Breast fat transfer (liposuction stomach)

• Sculpsure (non-invasive heat/laser treatment)

I have had two CoolSculpting treatments years ago and they did not work (they worked well on my husband).

I know actual lipo would give the most dramatic results, but I have never been cut open before for aesthetic reasons or put under. I have had only non-invasive procedures thus far. I'm interested to see what options they are and your thoughts on qhat has worked for you/what hasn't. TIA!
