Coming off accutane

i have ten days left & my skin has been so so clear and good, i haven’t had a single pimple for months until today which im sad about but not too worried. Although, I do have questions if anyone’s able to answer about post-results.

How long does it roughly take for oil to come back, and when they do, do you become as oily as you were before? i’ve genuinely enjoyed the dryness so much it’s so much better than being so oily but im worried that i need to prepare for this.

Another is the blackheads/filaments to they come back completely as before? or are the reduced?

Thank you!

teeth whitening

i’m looking to get my teeth whitened but i have no idea about the procedures or anything about it really! i’ve heard some people say it can be quite damaging to the teeth and make them sensitive, is there any way to get around that? My teeth are overall very healthy no problems at all just quite stained that i can’t seem to get rid of no matter what i do. any recommendations greatly appreciated :)

Last year my ear problems started due to going snorkling on holiday, and i got an ear infection which i managed to treat then also got diagnosed with ear tube dysfunction. Because of this i’ve got tinnitus and constant pressure in my ear, alongside stiffness along the neck. I’ve been dealing with this forever and the nhs seems to just push me back and forth with the ent with no real solution. I’ve been given these steroid nasal sprays etc but nothing works. Does anyone have any advice on what treatments there are to do next because i am really unfamiliar with this. Also the tinnitus is driving me mad it’s quite loud.

First time i failed due to my signal turning off at a mini roundabout and i didn’t realise,

second time my nerves went crazy and i just messed up entirely

third time i decided to take control of my nerves, get anxiety medication and i was super calm the entire time! I really recommend tackling nerves if this is a common problem for you. :D
