Mesc crystals or fumaric acid?
I posted a while ago about having done my first CIELO tek with san pedro and not having much success. Folks suggested that they were likely weak plants and to try using fumaric acid (I'd only used citric acid). You can see the post here https://www.reddit.com/r/mescaline/s/S94g0tXOsH
I had the ethyl acetate mix spread across three jars and tried fumaric acid and magnetic stirring on all of them. I think perhaps I put too much fumaric acid in one and got what looked like it was just fumaric acid back. Like white clumps that didn't look like crystals. The clumps aren't pictured but what I got out of one jar is on the right.
The left is what I scraped from the sides of that jar, and foolishly put it with the first stuff initially before I noticed a slight colour and texture difference. So the left container has a bit of the contents of the right container in it as well unfortunately.
ANYWAY. What do y'all think? Is the right likely excess fumaric acid? Is it possible that it's mesc in the left? And if it is, would it bad that there's some of the suspected fumaric acid in it? Like if I ingested it anyway would that be bad? It's such a small amount it's probably not worth it anyway but thought I'd ask 🤷
