Looking at who was let go it was some of the work horses on our team. People specifically who were either really efficient or had unique skills that arnt ‘quickly’ replaced. They all showed up 3x a week as well. Anyone have any insight?

*edit: our team and our sister team lost 1/2 our people. All level 5’s and early level 6’s. All 20’s and early 30’s. Optically from our view they cut the youngest people.
