Black bean quesadillas for my one year old, three year old & 39 year old.
The red pepper was immediately discarded by both children but I keep trying! Really yummo.

Our 16 month old has always been an AWFUL sleeper, but miraculously the last four nights he’s slept through out of nowhere and we’ve done nothing different. We have looked back on the monitor however and at points in the night he is just sat in his cot quietly not doing anything, sometimes for 30 mins, he will then eventually go back to sleep. Is this ok and normal? Looks a bit strange but I just think if he wanted us he’d shout!
