Linea Micra, a warning on quality
I’ve had my Linea Micra for a few years now, using RPalvis water solution or third wave water. It’s been a great machine, easy to dial shots, and super convenient to steam milk for lattes.
Randomly it started acting up. The culprit being the heating element. Thankfully I know my way around the machine and have the tools, but with it being only a few years old it surprised me how quickly it failed. La Marzocco was able to help me out with sending me a replacement for free (even though I was out of warranty at this point) as a sign of good will. Crazy that it’s only a 1 year warranty…
Has anyone else experienced issues with the heating element or group head solenoid so far?
