my ex ( that i’m very much still in love with ) broke no contact recently and it seemed like things were flowing like normal. Don’t get me wrong we addressed multiple elephants in the room but our conversations were going so well i started to gain a little bit of hope. Today’s day one of him ghosting me again. I want to hope it wasnt just boredom, curiosity, or something and that he genuinely wanted to reach out to me and sure maybe he’s busy or preoccupied, but is it so wrong for me to spiral this much when i’m so scared we’ll never speak again :(

for context: we were never toxic or anything just a bit codependent, and he broke up with me to focus on his substance recovery which he is still doing
