My rosacea as returned after about A a year of complete remission. Never really had flushing , limited spots and redness. However it's come back worse

I never treated it with anything. Apart from Lymecyline very intermittently, I didn't change anything for it to disappear, can i assume it's therefore not DEMODEX and or DIET related.

I feel mine is stress related and due to internal inflammation

I have ibs, reflux, allergies ( controlled) and primary Hyperparathyroidism. Therefore I can't teat it, can I ?

I'm back on Lymecyline which really ain't helping. Been on these about 2 weeks ? I take probiotics, had no issues , diarrhoea etc.
