A new sushi spot near me just opened up and their sushi is insane. Although not traditional, I really like the combinations (there is one with camembert and mango for example, first pic in the bottom middle).
With shrimp, pumpkin seeds, pumpkin oil and dill
It's not authentic, but it's incredible. First I make pistachio pesto out of only pistachios, parmesan and olive oil, then I make a sauce in a pan by combining it with heavy cream, and finish with burrata and more olive oil on top. It's very fatty but very delicious.
Sounds weird but banana goes well with a lot of food, including curry. There's also pulled beef, cilantro and mini mozzarellas, but they melted so I'll have them on the side next time (same with bananas so they don't turn into mush).
