hiding faces in typing

I'm new to this community and the world of kibbe, and I'm confused as to why it's normalized on reddit for people to seek typing advice based solely on body photos (face covered). Facial features & jawline etc have a profound impact on someone's overall yin/yang balance.

Body-only typing feels like a myopic and ED-leaning spinoff from Kibbe's system, which is quite holistic. so why is it normal here? does anyone find that accurate?
