Oysters Shucked by me! [homemade]
Made a granita topping for these oysters including fresh dill, parsley and green onion, from our garden here where I work in New Orleans, with some sriracha, lime juice and apple cider vinegar.
Our “classic” wild caught St. Bernard Louisiana oysters are topped with fresh dill, then some “bright side” Grand Isle, LA oysters and “murder point” Sandy Bay, AL oysters topped with fresh lime zest.
Also shucked the oysters. I’m a full time oyster shucker and just started a private oyster catering company.
Also tell me your favorite oyster toppings! Mine is soy sauce, lime and fresh red chilies.
