Hopes for the alleged new boxset?

I'm assuming it's going to be similar to Heart and Soul, but I hope it includes remasters of the Here Are The Young Men Video, Live at the Apollo, and maybe Plan K will see the light of day or Bodenveil Youth Club footage. As well as the full TV performances! Plus getting the Ceremony and In A Lonely Place practice recordings too, maybe with a bit of tweaking cause Hooky's bass is way too loud on In A Lonely Place.

There are alleged Rob Gretton live mixing board tapes, and I'd hope maybe Les Bains Douches and Live at the Preston Warehouse get a bit of tidying up. With the relatively small amount of live JD live show's where recorded, they could probably be put on a few CDs!

Maybe even a little booklet?

All in a very nice Peter Savile packaging.

What do you folks think?

I was wondering if anyone had any experience with Rick copies from the late 70s. They are becoming harder to find, but when they do pop up, I'm always considering buying one but from what I have read on the Hondo model, it seems that the low e would pop out of the nut (according to Peter Hook). Would anyone recommend or know a place to find them online, as I only ever seem to find older listings for the basses.

I've read a lot of the JD and NO books, Hook's, Steve's, Debbie's, the Tony Biography, this searing light, the sun and everything else, and The Life of Ian Curtis. ( and many attempts to get the Rob Gretton book for less than £100, no luck haha)

I keep hearing different things about Bernard's book, that it's good but is a bit disjointed and doesn't go into much detail at times.

If you have read it, is it worth it?

Thanks!
