Mono-Normal Type Team
This is my first type doing a mono-type run and it was so much fun!
Snorlax - Belly Drum, Earthquake, Crunch, Rest
Ambipom - Return, Ariel Ace, U-Turn, Shadow Claw
Staraptor - Close Combat, Brave Bird, Roost, Fly
Togekiss - Aura Sphere, Air Slash, Roost, Flamethrower
Porygon-z - Shadow Ball, Tri Attack, Ice Beam, Thunderbolt
Lopunny - Jump Kick, Bounce, Dig, Return
I traded Aipom and Muchlax in from soulsilver with Leftovers and a Silk Scarf which was a pretty significant boost in the beginning. This came back to bite me because as soon as they got past level 10 using them it was near impossible to beat the first gym. I initially went for Blissey but i found her difficult to use due to its low defense so I opted for Lopunny. Lastly, there are so many normal type friendship evolutions so that was a considerable part of the run. Despite lacking a lot of coverage with this team and not having the desired abilities for Togekiss/Ambipom, it was still a really fun and smooth run.
