I had a couple of customers still in store around closing time. Around a minute or two after we were supposed to close this guy walks in. I tell him we’re supposed to be closed right now but he ignores me and just walks in the store. There was still one more customer checking something out by the time dude walked in.

After the customer checking out left, me and my two CSAs tell him that we closed before he walked in, but he gave us an attitude and said he needed to buy a specific item. So one of my CSAs showed him where that item is only for him to not buy it and get two sodas.

Then when it was time to check him out he said I was being rude for rushing him?? Like we let you get your stuff bc you seemed like you needed it that badly, but mind you WE WERE SUPPOSED TO BE CLOSED 10 FUCKING MINUTES AGO. There’s a sign at the front that says what time we close, READ IT FFS.

And while I was checking the dude out, 2 girls literally tried to OPEN THE DOOR. I had the lights off too. I swear these customers have no common sense.

I told my boss about what happened and he said he’s gonna report the guy who came in after we were supposed to close and got all pissy bc of that.

If we say we are closed that means WE ARE CLOSED and that YOU’RE NOT SUPPOSED TO COME IN. Dude should be lucky we let him get his stuff. 🙄
