Hi everyone,

I need some help understanding my Amazon Pay Later situation.

My account is currently blocked, and here’s what it shows:

- Actual purchase (principal): ₹2,743

- Interest: ~₹55

- Late fees: ₹4,550

- Total due: ₹7,348

I didn’t realize the bill stayed unpaid for this long, and now the late fees are more than the amount I originally spent.

I have a few questions:

1. Why are the late fees so high compared to the original amount?
2. If I pay this, will my Amazon Pay Later account be unblocked?
3. Can I contact the lender (Axio) to reduce or waive the late fees?
4. Should I pay the full amount or try to negotiate a settlement first?

My main question is:

If I pay this amount (or a negotiated amount), will my Amazon Pay Later account be unblocked?

Will I be able to use it again normally after paying?

If anyone has been in a similar situation, I’d really appreciate your advice.
