This is my first offset and damn I'm having a hard time with maintaining the firebox and have a few questions.
- when you're getting started, how much charcoal are you all adding?
- what kind of charcoal are you using?
- how much and how often are you adding logs to the fire? (I have 1/4 cut cherry)
- are you ever adding additional charcoal to the fire?
