I’m an attorney investigating Vivint’s sales practices.  My client claims that he agreed to purchase Vivint’s equipment and services using only the salesperson’s tablet.  Vivint has said that this is impossible – that the financing application is the only document can be completed on the salesperson’s tablet; all other contractual documents (Esign Consent and Purchase and Services Agreement) must be reviewed and electronically signed on the customer’s device.  Just curious if anyone else viewed or signed the contractual Esign Consent and/or Purchase and Services Agreement on a Vivint salesperson’s tablet?  Or had a Vivint salesperson help them complete these documents?  Thanks!
